| Our Mission: Happy and Healthy Pets How We Achieve Our Goal: Alicat Pet Service isn't just about feeding, walking and picking up poop. While these are important elements to our service, we firmly believe that the most important aspect of what we are about is the love, affection and attention we provide to your pet(s). Happy and healthy pets happen because 3 key elements are introduced to the pet care we provide: 1) Attention, love and affection. You wish you could spend all day with your pet(s) but you can't. You need to work, travel and enjoy life in the city. We understand that because we're New Yorkers too. That's why we provide one-on-one service with your pet. Your dog can be socialized at the park but in the end what your dog really wants is to have someone there to just pay attention to them for awhile. We love giving your dog pets, hugs and all the affection and attention they can stand! This way when you get home, your beloved pet is overjoyed to see you and isn't suffering from feelings of abandonment. Happy clients, happy pets. 2) Communication. This key element allows us to let you know how your pet is doing. Whether it's letting you know they went to the bathroom, we've noticed a change in their behavior or we noticed something else that may be a health concern. It's one of the reasons we chose to use PawLoyalty.com because it allows us to communicate with you and your vet to ensure your pet(s) remain happy and healthy. We also love to take and share with you photos of your pets while you are at work or away. We love to send these photos via text or e-mail so you have a visual photo of your pet being well cared for. Mostly we do it because your pet is so cute, we couldn't help but capture that image! 3) We Want to Know You! Alicat Pet Service offers (and actually insists) on a free initial consultation so we can meet with you, the client and learn what your expectations are, where you keep everything, answer your questions and meet us so there's not some blank face coming to your apartment taking care of your precious pet. We also want to make sure that your pet meets us and feels comfortable with us before we start caring for them. It's a great part of the service that we feel enhances our ability to deliver the best care we can each and every time we care for your pet. For any client who prefers to meet with us periodically, we will happily provide this service free of charge. |
